Shipping policy

All of our products are printed once you have placed your order. We endeavour to ship your items within three working days of receiving your order. It may take longer than this during busy times (e.g. during Christmas shopping peaks) so please place your order with plenty of time.

Once your order has been dispatched we would expect it to arrive with you within

3 - 5 days in the UK
5 - 10 days for the European Union or
10 - 20 days for International orders

Unfortunately occasionally post is delayed and this is completely out of our control. The parcels do normally turn up. If you haven't received your order within 21 days* of ordering please get in touch at hello@katiegowers.co.uk. 

* For European orders (outside the UK) please allow 28 days. For international orders allow 35 days.

Due to the on-demand nature of our suppliers, items may arrive in more than one package.
